Transacting with us

We have several ways you can transact depending on the type of investment you have with us. Different options are available for your convenience so you can choose the best method for your needs.

Investors with managed funds up to $500,000


There are two ways you can add to your investment:

1. use BPAY®

2. complete an additional application for investment form


You can withdraw all or part of your investment by completing a withdrawal form.

Vanguard Personal Superannuation Plan members


You can add to the Vanguard Personal Superannuation Plan using direct credit, payroll deduction through your employer or by sending us a cheque. You can also rollover benefits from another superannuation fund using our complimentary rollover service.

Personal direct credit nominations

Please follow these two steps to make a contribution using direct credit

1. Arrange an electronic transfer of funds to the following account:

2. Include your member number and contribution type (see below) with your direct credit to identify your account. Your member number is issued when you open your account with us.

Contribution types
EC - Employer contribution
SS - Salary sacrifice contribution
MC - Member contribution
SC - Spouse contribution

Direct credit contributions through your employer

Complete part A of the employer contribution form and hand it to your employer for processing.

Contribute by cheque

Complete the contributions form including the type of contribution you are making. Sign the declaration and send the completed form to Vanguard with your cheque.

Rollover from another super fund

Many people choose to consolidate their super into one manageable account. We have a complimentary rollover service to help you do this.
