Completing the application form is simple
Once you have read the Product Disclosure Statement, individual or joint investors can apply for Vanguard Investor Index Funds. Simply follow these three steps:
For companies and trusts, please complete the form in the PDS.
The following information is required:
- Name/s of the investor/s
- Name of the Fund/s you wish to invest in
- Bank account details
- Tax file number (TFN)
- A printer to print the application form in order to post it to us
- A certified copy of your driver's licence, or a certified copy of the photo page of your current passport
